Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Ceo Us University's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

2. Services offered

Ceo Us University offers fully online educational programs, taught in Spanish, with U.S. degrees, available 24 hours a day through the Canvas platform.

3. Eligibility and use of the service

Users must have legal capacity to contract and follow university policies. Use is restricted to authorized persons for online studies and educational platforms.

4. Access and technological platform

Access is through Canvas (learning system hosted on AWS).
Continuous access is provided 24/7, although scheduled maintenance may be performed without responsibility for the university.
It is the user's responsibility to have adequate equipment, updated browser (preferably Chrome or Firefox), and minimum recommended connection (512 kbps).

5. Intellectual Property

Academic content, audiovisual content, study materials and software are the property of Ceo Us University or its licensors. No reproduction, redistribution or sharing is permitted without written permission.

6. User behavior

Respectful behavior is expected in all interactions. Plagiarism, fraud or illegal activities will not be tolerated. Failure to comply may result in suspension or expulsion.

7. Payment and refund policy

Enrollment details, prices and deadlines will be governed by the enrollment contract. In case of administrative withdrawal due to low enrollment, refunds will be applied according to internal policy (example: course cancelled or not started).

8. Withdrawal from the course

Students may withdraw by notifying the Office of the Registrar, preferably in writing, according to established deadlines and following Ceo Us University's refund policy.

9. Academic and technical support

Ceo Us University provides academic advising, personalized tutoring and technical support for platform access, forums and administrative queries.

10. Privacy Policy

Personal data is collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy (not included in this document) and is protected by encryption and secure storage on AWS.

11. Limitation of liability

Ceo Us University shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, except in cases of gross negligence.

12. Modifications to the Terms

Ceo Us University reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The relationship shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida (USA). Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of that state.
